Last week the Holy Father Benedict XVI established a new office of the Roman Curia, the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization with his motu proprio Ubicumque et Semper (Always and Everywhere).
This new Pontifical Council has been given the charge "to study and foster the use of modern forms of communications, as instruments for the new evangelization." And yet, the office of the Archbishop-President does not have an Internet connection. Typical.
This is neither helpful to the new council, nor encouraging for it's future work.
