A Consistory announced

At the end of this morning's general audience address, His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI announced a Consistory for the creation of new Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church to be held Saturday, November 20th.

Those to be elevated to the dignity of the scarlet, via the New Liturgical Movement, are:
