It's amazing what a little paint can do

When I returned to the rectory last night I was excited to see the new paint in the kitchen. You may recall what it used to like.

It now looks like this (well, almost; the blue is a little brighter in person):

I'm very happy with the paint colors.

But the room isn't quite finished yet; the doors have not yet been painted grey and remain orange. Against the blue wall they stand out more than before:

The doors will be painted in the next couple of days.

I don't the room can now be called the "seaside room," but I still like it (minus the orange).
