  3. What a wonderful building. That stepped roofline is a rarity. Have you posted a good picture of the front? I checked the little one on the parish website and it certainly caught my interest. Are those recessed crosses in the brickwork under the roofline? I've seen a lot of brick churches of this style and period and this one seems to be a real gem.

  4. If you go my personal web site (www.servantandsteward.org) and click on "Gallery" you will find pictures of - mostly - the interior of the church, but some of the outside. The crosses you mention are indeed recessed. Thank you for the compliments on the church.

    If you are ever in the area, you should visit St. Francis church Teutopolis. It's a brilliantly shining gem in the Diocese. Also, St. Francis Solanus church in Quincy.
