The Message of the Holy Father Benedict XVI to the Youth of the World on the Ocassion of the 22nd World Youth Day, 2007, has been published.
In it, His Holiness asks the question, "Is it possible to love?" a question that he first addressed in Deus caritas est. He answers the question affirmatively and challenges the youth of the world to "dare to love." Be sure to give it a read!
Every Diocese throughout Christendom is supposed to hold its own "mini" version of WYD in the "off years" when the Holy Father will not be traveling. It seems that very few Dioceses actually do this, and that even fewer are they should be doing it.
WYD 2008 will, of course, be held in Sydney, Australia.
