For my parishioners in Virden

Does anyone happen to know when the present rectory was built?

I know it was acquired during the time of Father Vraniak, presumably around 1917, but do not know when it was built.

    Check the outside, there may be a plaque commemorating the building.

    If it is a small town the local paper may have had an article and the archives for the guessed at years should be availble in the public library.

    Ask a really elderly parishioner.
