Martha
Coakley, an
Attorney General who is campaigning to win the Senate seat in
Massachusetts, recently made a very
curious statement regarding the freedom of conscience clause as it applies to the medical field:
You can have religious freedom, but you probably shouldn’t work in an emergency room.
Could someone please explain to me how that could possible work? Where is the logic?
