After a mix-up with the nurses yesterday, my grandmother underwent surgery today for her ankle. The surgery, I'm told, went well and she should be in the hospital through at least Monday.
Once she is released from the hospital she will go to a nursing home to regain her strength.
I am grateful for your prayers and ask you to continue raising them before the throne of God.
Now I have to find a way to get back to Quincy when I get back to Effingham.
