The Effingham Daily News reports today that the village of Montrose has passed an ordinance "that all but prohibits sexually oriented businesses in town." Good for them!
Incidentally, my great-great-uncle, Fr. Berard Zehnle, O.F.M., was pastor of St. Rose parish in Montrose many years back.
