American television news is worthless, unless a story has an important visual component. For international news, I rely on the New York Times and the Economist, while for domestic I use the Washington Post, satellite radio and carefully selected blogs.
Watch the video again; CNN blames the lack of a formal investigation on the Catholic Attorney General. Even though it doesn't concern priests, it's still the Church's fault. Or at least that's what we're led to believe.

DeleteI thought that the media wanted the world to think that only Catholic priests abused people. Stupid media.
